We need more boys

We need a different leadership. We dont need leaders who approach to the problem in the conventional ways. We dont need leaders who want to taken the beaten path and hide behind the legacy of the leaders who have no relevance in todays world. We need a leadership which is more hand on then giving speeches. We need somebody like the small boy in this video who can make a difference in peoples life and thinking.
